YTONG Block is an industrial product, which is produced in various thicknesses, sizes and densities. The excellent thermal insulation it provides through the air trapped inside millions of pores, is a main characteristic of the material. The requirements of the Thermal Insulation Regulation, but also for the issuance of the building's energy identity certificate, are covered with ease, with the value of the thermal conductivity coefficient reaching an astonishing 0.090 kCal/mhoC.
Other properties of YTONG Block are the ability to carry large loads and excellent resistance to fire. YTONG blocks can be used for fire compartments. The handles on the YTONG Blocks allow the user to place them ergonomically, just as easily and quickly, on a thin layer of YTONG glue. Additional convenience is provided by the male and female grooves on the sides of the YTONG Blocks. In addition, YTONG can be cut very easily with the YTONG hand saw, while for larger projects our company has for sale special cutting machines for aerated concrete.
