They are checked by electronic means one by one when they leave the enamelling unit, which ensures the excellent quality of the enamel!
Electrical resistance
Detachable from the flange electric power resistance according to the respective regulations (1200W-4000W), with automatic, adjustable thermostat. Extract and reinstall without special keys, in less than 1 minute!
Full body sealing rubber to protect the flange, cathodic protection against electrolysis.
All electrical parts are CE marked, according to EN60335-1 & EN60335-2-21 standards.
Protective cover of the electrical parts, for easy access to the electrical parts, has a grommet for the safe passage of the connection cable of the electrical resistance & indicator light.
Cold water inlet equipped with a safety & non-return valve to relieve pressure and a specially designed separator, for smooth stratification of water.
Hot water outlet from properly adapted stainless steel pipe.
External casing electrostatically painted, with side caps of modern design, for guaranteed resistance over time. Expanded high-density ecological polyurethane (40kg/m3) that makes thermal losses minimal, maintaining the temperature of the hot water. Thermal conductivity: λ=0.021 W/m °C (according to DIN56612, measured at 10°C) (DIN EN ISO 845, DIN 53421, ISO 4590,
DIN ISO 2796).
